LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, Ga. - On Senior Day, Covenant welcomed Piedmont to Scotland Yard for a battle of two teams tied for second place in the CCS standings. After 90 minutes of action, the Scots and Lions played to a 0-0 tie, keeping their same position in the league.Â

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Covenant keeper Bronwyn Kickasola was called into action early, making saves in the second minute and the 18th minute.
- The Scots had a great opportunity in the 31st minute as Mae Pierce was played in by Lila Wiley, but her shot was well-saved by the Piedmont keeper.Â
- At the half, Piedmont had outshot Covenant 5-4.
- Covenant tallied the first four shots of the second half, two coming from Rachel Wall.
- Kickasola made her final save of the match in the 69th minute as she was tested in the bottom right of her goal.Â
- The Scots earned two corner kicks in the final 12 minutes, however they were not able to get past the Lions' defense on either chance.Â
GAME NOTES:Â
- Covenant moves to 8-10-6 all-time against Piedmont.
- Covenant outshot Piedmont 11-9 while the Lions had a higher shots on goal count at 5-3.
- Corner kicks were in favor of Covenant 5-0.Â
