2026: All-CCS Second Team in the 5k and All-CCS Third Team in the 10k... Part of program-record distance medley relay team at Centre (Feb. 13-14), where she helped combine for a 12:48.13... Landed CCS Track Rookie of the Week honors following her season-best 1500m time of 4:48.62 at the Lee University Invitational (Mar. 20-21)... Finished first with a season-low outdoor time of 11:01.07 in the 3000m at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge (Mar. 13-14)... Posted a time of 18:23.71 in the 5000m at Mountainside Stride (Mar. 27) to record a season-low... Medaled in the 1500m (4:50.97), 5000m (19:35.89) and 10,000m (41:04.90) at the CCS Outdoor Championships (Apr. 21-22), with her 10,000m time being a season best

High School: Attended Woodinville High School... XC Rookie of the Year... Track and Field Iron Falcon Award Winner.

Personal: Parents are Jon and Debby Vannoy... Jon is a Covenant Men's Soccer alum... Has two siblings: Cora and Andrew... Favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 30:15... Chose Covenant because she has had several family members attend the college and she was born on Lookout Mountain so, it's always been a second home... Business major with a Marketing concentration... Has an interest in starting her own coffee shop one day... Loves hiking, sunrises, and polar plunges... Also plays on the JV Women's Soccer team
